General Information

Hastings Gymnastics Center, Inc. is a modern training facility for boy's and girl's gymnastics ranging from preschool classes through adult. We also offer Men's and Women's beginner through elite competition teams.

HGC is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member as well as a Special Olympics Training Center. We offer well trained, qualified USAG Certified Coaches.

We are located in scenic Hastings, approximately 25 minutes south east of The Twin Cities. Take Hwy 61 south to Hwy. 316, go 1 block to Industrial Business Park and take a left. Proceed down to Millard Avenue and take a left onto Spiral Blvd. We are 2 blocks down on the left hand side.

Mon - Thurs. 8:30 am - 8:00 pm
Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Fall hours:
Mon - Thurs 8:30 am - 8:00 pm
Fridays 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
Sat. 8:00 am - 12:00 noon
